Refund Policy

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

If you placed the order for the wrong product, you can connect with us to switch to the correct product subscription within a maximum of 24 hours of activation of the subscription.

Some services require the creation of a subscription which is billed automatically at the end of the subscription period. If you wish to stop the subscription, you can request cancellation at least 72 hours before the renewal date.

Policy on Payment Gateway Fee:

• WaveNodes Technologies uses third party payment gateway for processing the payments.
• Fee and taxes billed by the payment gateway are non-refundable. In case of refund issued for applicable reason, the payment gateway fee is deducted by default.
